Sons of Norway

Founded well over a century ago, the Sons of Norway is an international fraternal order whose members include people with Norwegian heritage (plus assorted others who are just plain fascinated by Norwegians). In addition to its monthly meetings, the local Circle City lodge hosts an annual dinner centered around lutefisk: a traditional (but much-maligned) Norwegian dish of dried cod preserved in lye.
